We are rapidly growing and need to add an experienced professional to our team in San Antonio. With leads ready to be contacted, energetic closers can easily exceed $100,000 on an annual basis.

New Home Consultants coordinate all sales activities for new home buyers, from the time of first contact, price quotes, signing the contract, pre-construction meeting and loan closing.

Qualifications:
• Custom / On Your Lot sales or construction experience.
• New Home product / remodeling sales & construction experience
• Modular / Manufactured Home sales experience
• Qualifications include a 2 year proven track record of successful job performance.
• Candidate will need to express good team skills

PC Job Duties “General Knowledge”

  • Become familiar with all of the systems, policies and procedures used by WGR Custom Homes.
  • In the operation of the office.
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of word processing, spreadsheets, and other programs.
  • Knowledge of how to complete all sales and production forms and paperwork.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the construction process.
  • Become familiar with all of the policies and procedures of WGR Custom Homes.

General Duties

  • Primarily responsible for the day-to-day clerical and administrative operations including but not limited to invoice processing, building permit applications, inspection scheduling, bid processing and assisting the Construction Managers.
  • Organize, scan, load documents to server and maintains files.
  • Orders office supplies as necessary.
